Lead SME - Cryptography will be the Team Lead of the Cryptography Security Assurance Review team, reporting into the Head of Service Delivery – Cryptography.
The Cryptographic Services team provide a wide range of Cryptography Consultations and Cryptography Security Assurance Review to internal customers globally. This role will specifically focus on requestable services and team management
responsibilities :
Line Management
Work closely with Global team members – as SME for processes and services owned by Cryptography Security Assurance Review team
Identify gaps in processes and escalate them accordingly
Identifying risks and/or issues and reporting
Working with key stakeholders on process documentation
Ensure good service and data quality
Prepare reports from multiple sources to identify problems or track progress
Act as first line of escalation for other team members
requirements-expected :
Previous experience with cybersecurity consultancy and/or cybersecurity review/testing is required
Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Internal/External Key stakeholders, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
Operational effectiveness - delivers solutions that align to approved design patterns and security, risk and regulatory standards
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technical platforms / technologies
A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
