Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and develop SharePoint Online environments
2. Work on migration of data from local file share system to SharePoint online
3. Implement security measures and manage access controls to safeguard sensitive data
4. Integrate and manage OneDrive/TEAMS within SharePoint Online environments
5. Configure and manage OneDrive for Business with O365 services and applications
6. Administer OneDrive for Business settings, including storage allocation and synchronization settings
7. Ensure synchronization and efficient document management between OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
8. Customize settings and permissions to streamline workflows across platforms
9. Configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions
10. Evaluate new features and updates released by Microsoft for SharePoint Online and related tools
11. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
12. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
13. Develop training materials for SharePoint and Power Platform
14. Manage SharePoint governance and mentor technical staff and site owners
15. Recommend updates and enhancements to SharePoint sites and related tools
16. Ensure compliance with governance and compliance standards
17. Deliver projects on time and within budget
18. Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
19. Implement mitigation strategies to achieve project goals
