We are seeking a talented Lead ServiceNow Developer to lead the technical aspects of a greenfield ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
This role involves technical supervision, solution design, and hands-on development, encompassing both the front-end portal and corresponding back-end modules.
responsibilities :
Lead and manage a small implementation team while providing technical guidance and support
Architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Ensure solution alignment with business requirements and best practices
Perform hands-on development, including customizations, scripting, and configuration
Oversee code quality and implement development standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and drive continuous improvements
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
Deep expertise in ServiceNow development and customization
Strong background in ITSM solutions
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Proven capabilities in leading technical teams and managing IT projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide hands-on technical support
