We are a dynamic Business Design agency specialising in boosting digital products, systems, and services for clients in Poland and abroad. With a team of over 50 creative professionals dedicated to providing top-notch advisory services, we are expanding our Delivery team. We are seeking an experienced Lead Senior Project Manager who excels in project management, building strong client relationships, and actively up-selling on ongoing projects. Time and task management skills are important for us – you will participate in project discussions where you will be expected to propose optimal priorities and solutions. Tight deadlines should motivate you, rather than cause stress.

What do we expect from a Lead Senior Project Manager?

• Experience working with global organisations
• Customer care and fostering long-term relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide valuable solutions tailored to each client’s needs
• Monitoring the market – staying up to date with industry trends and innovations to maintain competitiveness and innovative solutions
• Understanding clients’ needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly
• The ability to recommend new solutions and services to customers
• Managing the planning process for project implementation, tasks, and project teams to achieve optimal efficiency and profitability
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to define and manage risks in projects
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships
• Building the project team, delegating responsibilities
• Experience in mentoring and shadowing less skilled team members
• Understanding of business objectives
• Min. 5 years’ experience in agile project management
• Fluent spoken and written English (C1)

Some nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of the business design and digital solutions industry (digital transformation, new technologies, user experience, UX / UI design)
• Readiness to grow and learn while working on challenging projects
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues and conflicts to boost team effectiveness
• The ability to motivate and engage with the team
• Experience in building a culture of cooperation, implementing tools, standards, and processes
• Maintaining and updating project documentation
