responsibilities :


  • Design & Develop Infrastructure Services: Align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • 3rd Level Support: Act as a subject matter expert for complex incidents and problems.
  • Lifecycle Activities: Participate in upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer across teams.
  • On-call Support: Participate in the on-call rotation to support critical infrastructure services outside of business hours.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors and service providers on issue resolution and improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives including monitoring, alerting, and operational excellence.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements.
  • Roadmap Development: Responsible for the roadmap and lifecycle of various infrastructure domains.
  • Daily Operations and Management: Network, Datacenter, Compute, and Storage: Ensure compliance with NIS2, GxP, CIS controls, and GDPR, End User Computing, Cloud, Event Management, and Exchange: Manage services such as Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, Azure, PRTG, and Licensing.
  • Infrastructure Enablement: Develop IT infrastructure and application landscape to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Process and Procedure Development: Ensure seamless interaction between IT operations and business needs.
  • Minor Project Management: Manage small-scale projects related to IT infrastructure.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in one or more infrastructure domains (e.g., compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, or backup).
  • Troubleshooting: Proven experience in troubleshooting and supporting infrastructure environments.
  • Design Principles: Knowledge of infrastructure design principles, performance tuning, and high availability setups.
  • ITIL Processes: Understanding of ITIL processes, especially around incident, problem, and change management.
  • Log Analysis: Ability to analyze logs and telemetry data to resolve issues and improve reliability.
  • Hybrid Environments: Experience working in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Relevant IT training or equivalent working experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cloud, Azure, Network, ITIL).
