At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to automate human repetitive manual tasks with intelligent robotics. We’re now looking for a Lead Robotics Test Engineer, who will be responsible for taking lead in how we test our robots in Warsaw in order to ensure super-smooth production performance.

Some of the tasks you will take care of:

  • Define and drive roadmap for quality assurance covering both automated and manual tests
  • Build tools for efficient automated functional tests
  • Enhance A/B testing infrastructure
  • Maintain and optimize processes for manual testing procedures (both qualitative and quantitative) of software and hardware components
  • Manage release process of our production robots
  • Optimize costs of testing operations and infrastructure 
  • Provide technical leadership for a small team of QA specialists, support the day-to-day tasks and introduce changes to make their work easier while keeping a high level of QA results
  • Educate software developers regarding testing best practices


What skills we’d like you to have:

  • 5+ years of experience as Software Engineer in Test (or other similar role)
  • Experience in developing tools for test automation
  • Technical leadership in the quality assurance area
  • Great programming skills (preferably in Python)
  • Experience with quantitative testing (e.g. A/B test), basic knowledge of statistics
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Working in any kind of robot-related or hardware oriented industry is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written & great overall communication skills
