Lead Rewards Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex reward projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Drive position evaluation processes using established methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, or similar), ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Champion pay transparency, helping us evolve our compensation philosophy and practices to reflect openness, equity, and trust.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to provide strategic guidance on job architecture, benchmarking, and compensation frameworks.
  • Analyze market trends and internal data to inform reward decisions and support talent attraction and retention.
  • Contribute to the development of global reward policies and tools that scale with our growth.

Our requirements

  • Several years of proven experience in total rewards or compensation & benefits, with a strong focus on project management and position evaluation.
  • Deep understanding of job grading systems and market benchmarking tools, ideally with experience in/familiarity with the Mercer job evaluation method.
  • A passion for pay equity and transparency, with a track record of implementing or supporting related initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you can influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Experienced in change management
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a drive to continuously improve and innovate.
  • Experienced in change management
  • Dedicated to working in international environments
  • Fluent in English.
