Lead Recruiter - Wroclaw Office - Full time
About the Role
As the Lead Recruiter, you will take on the day-to-day responsibility for our team of three recruiters based in the Wroclaw office. This role is office-based, requiring your presence for at least four days a week. You will be a player/coach, balancing team leadership with handling critical recruitment roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of three recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Managing full life cycle recruitment across the organisation, partnering directly with hiring managers to build requisitions, fill open positions, manage pipelines for upcoming needs, and source candidates using a variety of methods and tools.
- Forging and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders both on-site and across Europe.
- Ensuring the recruitment team delivers high-quality candidates and a positive candidate experience.
- Meeting weekly with hiring managers to provide updates on Talent Acquisition progress.
- Collaborating with regional HR teams to prepare offer letters and other new hire correspondence.
- Using the ATS system to manage candidates and track recruiting activities.
- Staying informed and up-to-date on market trends, with a specific focus on the local tech market.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background in recruitment delivery, with a preference for IT and Technical recruitment experience.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with deadlines, and make informed and timely decisions.
- Comfortable with change, adaptable, and capable of managing a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload.
- Confident, positive, and professional communication style.
- Passionate about the candidate experience and dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion.
- Enthusiastic, takes initiative, and follows through consistently.
- Experience with iCIMS (preferred but not required).
