Responsibilities

  • Managing and supervising a team of recruiters and sourcers, distributing the volume of tasks and workload.
  • Monitoring the teams fulfillment of KPI indicators. Ensuring conditions for achieving these indicators.
  • Validating search requirements, developing candidate portraits and search maps, researching the labor market and finding the most effective sources of personnel.
  • Maintaining and actively expanding the candidate base.
  • Communicating directly with company founders regarding recruitment and closing positions.
  • Handling and solving problems related to recruitment.
  • Working with internal CRM and 1C systems, entering information and updating statuses, keeping necessary reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in the field of recruitment for 4+ years.
  • Experience in leading a team for 1+ year.
  • Understanding of various recruiting methodologies and tools, experience in gathering and structuring job requirements.
  • Experience in effective communication with hiring managers and succession planning.
  • Experience with recruiting processes and a desire to improve them will be a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in hiring Indians is desirable.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
