As a Lead Recruiter at Lionbridge Games, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, driving the recruitment process for high-impact roles across our global operations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent in the gaming and quality assurance industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR professionals, and executive leadership to understand the evolving needs of our business and build a robust pipeline of candidates. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that Lionbridge Games continues to secure the talent necessary to maintain its leadership position in the industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with the companys objectives and the unique needs of each department.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand specific role requirements, provide market insights, and support the recruitment process.
  • Interview Process Management: Coordinate and manage the interview lifecycle, including scheduling, feedback collection, and supporting final selection decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Support the promotion of Lionbridge Games’ culture, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, timely, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team of recruiters and oversee day-to-day recruitment operations in Poland and the wider EU region, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and strong delivery standards.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the gaming or technology industries.
  • Proven experience successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal partners.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
