Your Responsibilities

• Architecting, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications for both iOS and Android
• Leading a team of React Native developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and ensuring the application is running smoothly
• Implementing and maintaining robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Researching and implementing new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency and application quality
• Maintaining documentation and promoting knowledge sharing within the team
• Participating in the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development with a focus on React Native
• Proven experience in architecting, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications for both iOS and Android
• Strong technical leadership experience, including providing guidance, mentorship, and conducting thorough code reviews for a team of React Native developers
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers) to define, design, and implement new features
• Deep understanding of application performance optimization, quality assurance, and responsiveness best practices
• Expertise in identifying and resolving application bottlenecks, debugging, and fixing bugs to ensure smooth application operation
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance development efficiency and application quality
• Commitment to maintaining comprehensive documentation and promoting knowledge sharing within the development team
• Experience participating in and contributing to the entire application development lifecycle, from initial conception through to deployment
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have

• Experience in crypto & blockchain development (e.g., wallets development)
