Lead React Native Developer

About the project
You will be responsible for building a new mobile application from scratch, from key technical decisions to the release of the first version. The project is at an early stage, and requires designing the architecture and development strategy, followed by implementation and preparation for publication. We are looking for someone who will take real ownership of this process and lead the application development.

Your responsibilities
- Design the architecture and roadmap for a mobile application in React Native
- Lead the implementation of core features and release of the first version
- Make key technical decisions related to scalability, performance and UI quality
- Work directly with the client, defining priorities and business goals
- Build a solid foundation for further development of the application
Our requirements
- Minimum 6 plus years of experience in mobile development, including React Native
- Experience with architecture design and technical decision-making
- Practical experience releasing production apps
- Ability to mentor, support other developers and lead technical discussions
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and the React Native ecosystem
- English proficiency B2 plus
Optional
- Background in React or front-end JavaScript
- Experience leading end to end projects
- Familiarity with CI/CD and release pipelines
