We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to lead the quality assurance efforts for a globally utilized product, ensuring high standards of software quality through robust testing practices and innovative solutions.
This role will establish you as a key contributor in a collaborative environment, influencing department goals and driving the success of the teams QA team in delivering quality products.

responsibilities :

Developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks for web and mobile applications
Ensuring alignment with project timelines and organizational goals
Collaborating with a cross-functional team of developers and other QA engineers to identify and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle
Regularly conducting risk analysis and impact assessments to proactively address potential quality concerns
Utilizing tools such as TestRail and BrowserStack for documentation and automation
Mentoring and training team members on best practices in testing and QA methodologies while ensuring adherence to global compliance standards, e.g., SOC, ISO, GDPR
Promoting a culture of quality

requirements-expected :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 12 years of experience in software quality assurance
Extensive experience with AWS services web technologies (C#, MVC, Angular) mobile development (Java, GoLang)
Hands-on experience with databases (MS-SQL, MongoDB, Aurora)
Proven track record of implementing QA automation and security practices, with expertise in DevOps tools including GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and independently to solve complex technical issues and enhance product quality
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Open for hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
Residing in Poland required
