We are looking for a seasoned Lead QA Engineer to take charge of our quality assurance initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will shape the QA process, craft comprehensive test strategies, and guide a team to ensure the delivery of top-notch software. Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills are essential for success in this position.
Your expertise will be critical in designing robust test plans, building automation frameworks, and optimizing continuous integration workflows.

responsibilities :
Driving the software quality assurance lifecycle.
Establishing and coordinating test strategies.
Supporting team members in creating test plans.
Developing and executing automated tests.
Managing and mentoring the QA team.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) in a production environment.
Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to project planning and requirements gathering.
Solid English communication skills, particularly in writing.
Expertise in testing mobile or web applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
In-depth experience with tools like Playwright and Postman.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit or Cucumber.
Confidence in using Git and working with CI tools like Jenkins and project management tools like JIRA.
Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Excellent attention to detail and a knack for identifying and resolving complex issues in testing.
Additional plus: experience in leadership roles, knowledge of native mobile testing frameworks, and familiarity with microservices architecture.
