For a large transformation program in the financial sector focusing on Customer Experience we are looking for a detail-oriented QA Lead to develop effective test strategy and overlook its execution. You will work closely with functional and technical delivery pods, Client’s QA team and key business users to assure all quality gateways are met following program timeline.
About the team:
The Cloud and Engineering team at Deloitte is a dynamic group of technology professionals dedicated to designing, building, and optimizing innovative cloud solutions for clients across industries. - At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Exceptional stakeholder management with can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
- Experience in various types of tests (functional, regression, performance, user acceptance)
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman)
- Hands-on experience with test automation as part of CI/CD process
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, ideally ALM)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Understanding of AWS Services (e.g., Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway) will be a great asset
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. NodeJS) is a plus
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Call Center testing tools (in particular with Cyara)
- STQB certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level - Test Manager)
- Familiarity with JavaScript testing libraries (e.g., Mocha, Jest).
- Experience with load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
- AWS certifications related to cloud infrastructure or DevOps.
