RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of Python developers;
• Design and coordinate the development of web applications using Python;
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle;
• Foster growth and mentorship within the team.

Requirements:

• A track record of 8+ years in software development;
• Proven expertise in Team Management (3+ years);
• Strong experience in crafting large-scale web applications;
• Familiarity with microservice architecture;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• B2+ English proficiency.

• Django/Flask/FastAPI;
• MySQL/PostgreSQL/ElasticSearch;
• AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ElastiCache, etc.).
