We are seeking a Lead Product Specialist for Observability to enhance the effective use of observability tools across teams while setting the vision for product adoption and engagement. This role involves defining standards, developing governance frameworks, and driving best practices in change management, user experience, and performance measurement, as well as creating training materials, documentation, and onboarding resources to empower users.
As a key advisor to product management and engineering leadership, the Lead Product Specialist will influence roadmaps and ensure that business priorities are embedded in technical solutions. The role focuses on building a collaborative observability community, identifying knowledge gaps, and driving user adoption through effective communication and user‑centric enablement strategies. Additionally, the Specialist will foster cross‑business alignment to harmonize product approaches, reduce duplication, and maximize scalability.
