-Data Platform - a modern data warehouse designed around clear, business-friendly concepts and strong data governance. It enables fast access to data and empowers teams with self-service reporting through self-BI tools.
-Analytical Platform - an environment for real-time scoring and advanced machine learning. Our goal is to accelerate model performance and open new possibilities in predictive analytics across the organization.
-Workflow - a unified engine for modeling, controlling, and executing business processes. With a low-code/no-code interface and integrated rules engine, it gives business users the flexibility to build, test, and optimize workflows without deep technical support.

responsibilities :
Building and executing the strategy for automated routing of cases to the most effective customer service and collections channels.
Managing the product end-to-end — from identifying business needs and designing solutions to implementation, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
Defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap for steering solutions (rules engines, automation, segmentation, scoring, decision optimization).
Owning the Product Backlog and prioritizing items based on business priorities, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.
Optimizing end-to-end strategies for collections and customer journeys across KRUK Group markets.
Collaborating with data science, IT, data warehouse, legal, operations, and business channel leads to deliver scalable and valuable solutions.
Cooperating with other Product Owners and Data Owners to ensure data quality and alignment.
Defining and monitoring KPIs to assess product and process effectiveness.
Implementing and maintaining automation rules and decision logic in operational systems.
Identifying and removing systemic or process-related obstacles that reduce routing efficiency.
Leading A/B testing and benchmarking initiatives to validate and enhance performance.
Communicating product goals and updates to stakeholders, promoting awareness of the steering function across the organization.
Driving internal education and supporting change management related to new routing capabilities.
Conducting international benchmarking initiatives to identify best practices in routing and decision automation.
Identifying regulatory, technical, and business risks, and addressing them in close cooperation with stakeholders.
requirements-expected :
Experience in process management and cross-functional product ownership.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics and data insights.
Familiarity with workflow tools (preferably Webcon).
Familiarity with business rules engines and version control of decision logic.
Experience in coordinating and supervising A/B testing initiatives.
Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
Understanding of data-driven decisioning, predictive analytics, customer journey processes, and segmentation.
Ability to manage a cross-functional team and collaborate effectively across departments.
Proactive communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Skilled in building long-term internal relationships in a multinational environment.
Experience in change management and communication — preparing the organization for the implementation of improvements.
Excellent organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
Familiarity with Jira or readiness to learn it.
