Lead Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to join our Digital Hub in Warsaw. Are you ready to make a significant impact in the digital transformation of Bayer Consumer Health Product Supply (PS)?
You will lead and co‑create the vision and strategy for the PS Analytics & AI domain, partnering with digital lead functions, business sponsors, and engineering teams, including data scientists, architects, analysts and engineers.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute analytical/AI products strategy, features and criteria for evaluating vendors/partners to make ongoing buy/build or partner decisions.
- Design the product supply analytical/AI vision while gathering and prioritizing requirements and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders all the way up to senior leadership to drive flawless implementation of your vision.
- Lead and manage an internal and external team that designs and implements new analytical/AI products in an agile fashion.
- Orchestrate analytical/AI product launches and releases, including training for internal users.
- Align with data assets, analytics & AI strategy by producing and contributing to building internal data assets.
- Ensure all products have considered business value/outcomes, usability, viability and feasibility.
- Drive change and influence the organization beyond the IT function by cultivating cross‑functional collaboration, and realizing business outcomes leveraging the power of data & analytics.
- Ensure analytical/AI products generate insights to accelerate data‑driven culture and decision‑making in Bayer Consumer Health.
Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience)
- Master’s degree in computer science, business, management or similar.
- 10+ years’ working experience, ideally in an agile environment leading projects and teams in the product supply domain.
- Good knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- High analytical drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgement.
- Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data in a compelling way.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
