Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our international remote team based in Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and other locations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and leaders to understand company needs and strategic priorities.
- Collect, analyse and research business data to identify improvement areas, evaluate processes, and conduct surveys.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, creating detailed technical documentation for the IT department.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives, producing written reports that summarize data analysis.
- Support implementation by providing guidance and training; assess the impact of enacted changes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications; supply detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources; continuously refine and enhance the user experience.
- Mentor designers and offer training sessions or workshops to share knowledge and improve design capabilities of the team.
- Design intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional; create high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Visual design: create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
We Expect From You
- Extensive experience as a Lead Product Designer on B2C products.
- Ability to use product metrics and UX metrics to shape decisions.
- Provision of high‑quality design and technical documentation.
- Experience with tokenised design systems.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative user research methods (interviews, usability testing, user surveys, A/B tests).
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Self‑starter who thrives on ownership with limited oversight.
- Excellent time‑management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- B2+ English proficiency; C1+ Russian proficiency.
