Position overview

We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join our team and take on a pivotal role in leading development efforts, managing a team, and collaborating closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team to deliver results effectively.
2. Plan sprints, estimate tasks, conduct demos, and facilitate retrospectives.
3. Manage performance loads, collect performance metrics (KPI, velocity, capacity), and optimize processes.
4. Make tactical and technical decisions to ensure project success.
5. Perform technical tasks, code reviews, and provide recommendations for improvements, refactoring, and codebase updates.
6. Design solutions and clarify requirements.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives.
8. Maintain regular communication, including sync-ups, discussing plans, priorities, risks, and blockers.
9. Act as a DataArt ambassador, ensuring alignment between the team and the client’s expectations.

Requirements

1. 6+ years in software development.
2. At least 1 year of team-leading experience in a team of up to 10 people.
3. Solid experience with .NET Framework, .NET 6, and .NET 8.
4. Hands-on experience with Angular 10+ (pixel-perfect markup skills are not required), RxJS, and NgRx.
5. Proficiency in understanding and usage of OOP, OOD, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
6. Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture; understanding of peculiarities of microservice-based systems.
7. Experience with any message broker; RabbitMQ or NServiceBus is preferable.
8. Good understanding of DB design using MS SQL; experience with stored procedures (SP), EF, and ADO.NET.
9. Experience in system design, UML, and technical writing.
10. Strong ability to make technical and tactical decisions.
11. Proficiency in setting up and improving development and testing processes.
12. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients.
13. Experience with NoSQL databases - MongoDB, Redis are preferred.
