Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the design, development, and deployment of the application using Mendix and React technologies.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the application aligns with customer’ user experience standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and testers in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Regularly conduct demos and hypercare sessions to refine and optimize the application based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
- Engage with business partners throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing updates on progress.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in developing robust applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Bootstrap.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3/SASS
- Experience with Mendix custom widgets
- Solid SQL skills
- Basic Java and Java Actions skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical requirements with business goals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading development teams, with a focus on mentoring and skill development.
- Mendix Certification (Advanced Developer Certification)
