Your responsibilities Investment Simulation and Financial Planning: Support markets with ENSUM(Expert Net Sales Uplift Model) modelling for Expert-related financial planning. Develop and run ad-hoc investment choice simulations to inform local decisions. Empower markets with actionable insights. Meta-Analysis and Knowledge Sharing: Consolidate ENSUM & Expert MMM learnings from markets to inform central analyses and business-wide applications Identify Expert growth drivers and support prioritization across BMCs. Data Quality and Transformation: Conduct data quality audits and transform Expert-related datasets for use in MMM and other analytics. Enable reliable and accurate data for value tracking and decision-making. Data Infrastructure and Automation Support: Transition Expert tracking data to centralised systems. Support implementation of new analytics use-cases requiring data asset access and triangulation. KPI vs. Market Sales Analysis: Lead end-to-end analysis triangulating Expert KPIs with market share/sales data. Deliver insights to support investor relations and executive decision-making. Testing and Validation: Design and execute new test-and-learn experiments identified in the 2026-27 roadmap. Improve predictive models and business planning assumptions. Run validation of tools/models Our requirements Proven statistical modelling experience in a commercial/marketing context (e.g. regression/time series, attribution, propensity, conversion, what-if) Proven hands-on data capability: SQL (Python or R), Excel (PowerQuery, VBA) Ability to translate analytics/modelling outputs into business decisions (clear storytelling, recommendations to non-tech stakeholders, stakeholder engagement) Comfort working across multiple data sources/systems (Enterprise data environments) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Optional Experience delivering analytics products (dashboards/reporting/automation OR model outputs used by non-tech stakeholders) Econometrics modelling (MMM, adstock/saturation/lag etc) Sales performance measurement (Sales force effectiveness, CRM activity analytics) Survey analytics (e.g SPSS) Power BI (or other viz tools) Cloud platforms (Azure/Databricks etc) Healthcare/OTC/HCP domain experience
