Together with us, you will be responsible for the development of Command Central products.
The Aware team is responsible for all development and maintenance aspects of the product.
The technology stack used in the project: Azure platform, Kubernetes, Java17, Microservices, Spring Boot.
How do we work?
We work in SCRUM teams with around 7+ engineers, that is end to end responsible for their work: starting from design, through test automation to deployment to cloud and maintenance.
In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way. Also, to reward your work you’ll get:
- Contract of Employment (UoP)
- Private medical coverage, Multisport
- Life insurance (two annual income),
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan – 15% discount for buying Motorola’s Stock units,
- Employee Pension Plan – 3,5 % of the month’s salary gross, which goes to the retirement account

- Hybrid/ remote work
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- practical knowledge of Java
- experience with concurrent programming
- practical knowledge of application testing
- Good knowledge of computer networks
- knowledge of IT security concepts and practices
- familiar with cloud / distributed computing concepts
- effective verbal and written English communication skills
Would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, or related fields
- Experience in testing web applications on all levels
- Experience with hosting and developing applications using the public cloud (Microsoft Azure)
