Your responsibilities

  • Design, specification, implementation of software features according to defined requirements
  • Be an active team member within development team with the attitude to develop high quality products
  • Following all defined way of working, and coding standards and procedures
  • Cooperation within local and international team (including technical and project management)
  • Bug troubleshooting and fixing in cooperation with Quality Assurance ( internal/external customers )
  • Refactoring and optimization of existing code
  • Acts as a technical advisor for development, service. Maintains high level of product and solution knowledge.
  • Provides development support during lifecycle of complex modules, products and solutions. Is responsible for development of new versions and updates.
  • Evaluates technical trends, suggests innovative product ideas, processes and solutions within the area of responsibility. Uses new technologies and methods actively to develop highly competitive products
  • Provides and supports technical documentation on realized modules / products following internal standards.
  • Provides maintenance support, including problem solving, for own modules and if necessary for components.
  • Guides less experienced team members and recommends practice improvement.

Our requirements

  • Good knowledge of Java, Spring boot & SQL
  • Additional knowledge of API, APACHE: Camel, Avro, Cloud Foundry
  • Development of complex products/solutions on time, in accordance with agreed specifications and standards
  • Achievement of targeted Product Quality
  • Development processes, guidelines and tools are applied
  • Documentation of steps or milestones, processes or products/solutions in line with requirements
  • Recognized as an expert in their area of responsibility
  • Escalated problems are solved
  • Effective communication and team work including external development partners
  • Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or equivalent
  • B2/C1 English language skills
  • Passion for clean & smart code and great engineering work!
