You’ll take technical ownership of a web platform built from scratch. This is a hands-on lead role — real coding, real decisions, real impact. You’ll shape architecture, guide engineers, and work closely with product and business. No silos, no by-the-book nonsense.

- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in full stack development
- Strong command of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and component-driven architecture
- Solid experience in backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and domain-driven design
- Proven ability to build platforms from scratch and deliver end-to-end functionality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication - able to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture best practices and a value-driven, results-oriented mindset
