• Minimum 8 years of experience in backend development
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with PostgreSQL and designing scalable, robust systems
• Expertise in cloud technologies, especially AWS
• Knowledge of distributed and financial systems, with a focus on proactive issue prevention
• Ability to manage projects independently from end to end
• Leadership experience and a track record of fostering positive engineering cultures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and domains
• Fluency in spoken and written English
