We’re looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join a global leader in technology, known for its groundbreaking search engine and suite of essential online services used by billions every day. This role is part of a specialized engineering team dedicated to developing robust inventory tracking and management tools for large Data Centers.
As a Technical Lead, you’ll guide a talented group of 13 developers (Java, Angular, and Fullstack) and play a key role in the continued growth and innovation of the team. With a hybrid work model, you may enjoy the flexibility of working three days per week from the client’s office in Wroclaw, Krakow, or Gdansk.

responsibilities :
Helping the team members and resolving the obstacles/blockers
Discussing with the US-based stakeholders the details of the assignments for the team
The Technical Lead is expected to be hands-on and contribute to the project as an engineer
Technical Excellence Development
Review and Propose technical improvements in the system and processes
Propose improvements in the systems to reduce the amount of failures and new defects
Discuss the proposals with the Google stakeholders. Implement test & launch the approved improvements
Measure the impacts of the improvements & publish the findings
Feature Development ( change & transform)
Participate in Feature development discussions
Participate in development of new functionality
requirements-expected :
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
4+ years of using Java
1+ year of experience in a role of a Technical Lead or Team Lead
Previous experience of direct communication to the client
Good problem-solving skills. A successful candidate should be able to analyze and break down problems independently
