As a Lead IT Recruiter you will be responsible for searching and attracting IT Specialists, you will apply your in-depth IT recruitment knowledge to optimize team operations, ensure goal realization, and foster a solution-focused approach to talent acquisition.

Our Sourcing team is the core of our business. This is where we ensure the right match between our clients needs and the requirements of our consultants. From searching and finding the right candidate to ensuring that the IT Professionals profiles we provide to our clients reflect the high quality that emagine is known for.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the Hiring Plan.
• Delegating recruitment projects within the dedicated team.
• Close cooperation with other departments, ensuring a positive brand image.
• Providing substantive mentorship/guidance for the development of the dedicated team.
• Ensuring commitment and a positive work atmosphere within the team.
• Seeking optimal ways to achieve team objectives/deliverables.
• Monitoring the achievement of team goals.
• Substantive support, focusing on solutions rather than problems.
• Meeting with candidates as part of the conducted recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in IT specialist recruitment.
• Practical knowledge of the IT industrys specifics and roles.
• Creativity and an innovative approach to recruitment processes.
• Polish and English business proficiency.
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to share knowledge, create best practices, and support team development.
• Ability for objective, analytical assessment and quick decision-making.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and unpredictable environment.
• Stress resistance and maintaining professionalism in difficult situations.
