Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in IT specialist recruitment.
- Practical knowledge of the IT industry’s specifics and roles.
- Creativity and an innovative approach to recruitment processes.
- Polish and English business proficiency.
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to share knowledge, create best practices, and support team development.
- Objective, analytical assessment and quick decision‑making skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and unpredictable environment.
