requirements-expected :
Proven track record of project management of multiple projects: including delivering agile software development projects, delivery of IT projects (development and integration). Demonstrable experience of working with third party suppliers and managing teams of project managers across different locations.
Technical expertise: proficient in project management principles and best practices, extensive knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of core IT systems and delivery of IT projects as well as ideally have worked within IT project delivery in a multi-cultural matrix-oriented environment.
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively and ability to manage stakeholder needs in line with project requirements, possessing the skills to flex your style accordingly.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the appropriate discipline. Ideally hold an appropriate project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, APMG, IPMA)
