Develop and implement robust financial reporting and KPI tracking for our IT organization, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
Design and manage IT service recharge models to ensure precise cost allocation and recovery.
Identify and execute strategies for IT cost optimization and efficiency.
Lead the setup and integration of TBM practices across the organization, ensuring IT investments align with business value.
Develop comprehensive business case models to support IT project funding decisions and demonstrate value.
Implement and monitor IT cost control measures to maintain financial discipline and achieve budget targets.
Identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare, analyze and explain monthly and yearly internal reporting
Prepare, administer, analyze and explain budgets for major IT projects and programs, ensuring rigorous project cost tracking.
Perform IT investment analysis, ROI assessments, and contribute to business case development.
Produce comprehensive IT program reports for executive leadership, presenting financial data with clarity and precision.
Contribute to financial processes within the company.
requirements-expected :
Master’s degree in finance or computer science, dual Master is strong plus.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME), Certified Technology Business Management Professional (CTBMP), or Certified IT Finance Manager (CITFM) are highly desirable.
Extensive experience in IT costing and financial project/program/portfolio management.
Proven track record in IT project and program control.
Expertise in IT service recharge modeling and IT benchmarks.
Deep understanding of Technology Business Management (TBM) and its application in aligning IT investments with business strategy.
Strong analytical skills and experience with IT investment analysis and ROI assessments.
Ability to operate with minimal supervision and take ownership of complex projects.
Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with executive and C-level stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
Experienced in working within a financially driven, international, private equity-backed organization.
Demonstrated ability to generate and present comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership.
