As our Lead IT Business Analyst, LRC based in Wrocław, you will be at the centre of conversations that influence strategic priorities and unlock new capabilities. What will you be doing?
- Provide business analysis and requirements management support across Supply Chain and Commercial processes, ensuring needs are fully understood and clearly articulated
- Elicit, define and document testable business requirements, collaborating closely with end users and IT teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
- Use your communication, analytical and relationship skills to understand and assess business challenges, driving change that supports process enhancement and business growth
- Champion the use of existing solutions where possible while identifying opportunities for new technologies that elevate performance and deliver meaningful value
- Work independently across multiple concurrent initiatives, engaging with subject matter experts to understand current landscapes and future capability needs
- Build strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, alignment and satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support end to end business change activities including testing, service design and continuous improvement, ensuring new capabilities are embedded effectively and sustainably
What will you need to be successful?
- Seven to ten years of experience in technical or business environments, including at least five years in Information Technology, with a minimum of three years supporting supply chain or inventory management systems
- Strong background in gathering and documenting business requirements and creating user stories, together with practical understanding of SAP ERP, ETL processes and SQL
- Experience working in regulated environments such as SOX, GxP or HIPAA, along with hands on involvement in Agile delivery teams and coordinating work across functions
- The ability to build trust with stakeholders across all levels, providing challenge where needed and ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives
