Were seeking a Lead IT Analyst to join our Commercial Cards Agile Release Train and take ownership of requirements analysis and refinement across our platform modernization initiatives. Beyond traditional analysis, youll collaborate with Architects and Feature Owner/Product owner to translate business needs into technical requirements, mentor other analysts, and play a crucial role in our migration from IBMi to newer technology stacks. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with technical understanding and leadership capabilities

Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers/Owners to refine requirements and ensure they meet Definition of Ready criteria for PI Planning
• Collaborate with Architect, Feature Owner/Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical specifications for both legacy and target platforms
• Lead the development of business use cases and user stories that effectively capture requirements for migration initiatives
• Mentor and guide other analysts in requirements gathering, refinement techniques, and documentation standards
• Work hands-on with Java applications to refine features into detailed user stories for development teams
• Analyze existing IBMi applications to identify components for migration and modernization
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to elicit requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts

• 15+ years of experience in IT analysis, with focus on requirements gathering and refinement
• Proven experience working within SAFe or other Agile frameworks
• Experience with platform modernization, migration initiatives, or legacy system transformations
• Familiarity with IBMi systems and understanding of modern technology stacks
• Working knowledge of Java applications and development practices
• Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts
• Background in facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions
