Position
We’re currently looking for a candidate for our client, a global leader in gases and engineering solutions.
Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office
You will be successful in this role if:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Automation or a related technical field
- You have prior experience as an Instrumentation Engineer in a plant engineering company
- You are proficient in AutoCAD and Smart Plant 3D
- You are capable of working independently on domestic and international projects
- You are skilled in MS Office applications
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You are willing to travel occasionally for short-term assignments
- You are eager to work in a multicultural team
Tasks waiting for you:
- Lead a team of in-house and third-party instrumentation engineers, ensuring smooth project execution
- Develop project-specific basis of design in line with specifications and contract requirements
- Analyze and evaluate technical contract annexe
- Plan, manage, monitor, review, and approve the discipline’s work while meeting quality, schedule, budget, and contract requirements
- Prepare full instrumentation documentation, including Instrument Lists, Data Sheets, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, cable lists, layout inputs, hook-ups, and material take-off
- Prepare RFQs/TRS and perform technical bid evaluations
- Coordinate package units and interfaces with other disciplines, clients, and vendors
- Participate in inspections of instruments and valves, and verify project documentation for completeness and compliance with standards
