At KK Wind Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead - Health & Safety to support our commitment to a safe and sustainable work environment. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, promote best practices, and drive a strong safety culture. You will develop procedures, conduct risk assessments, deliver training, and support our teams in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
As a Member of the H&S Team:
- Actively participate in Health & Safety service activities within the organization.
- Support production and operational areas to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Take an active role in developing and maintaining a safety-oriented culture.
As a Lead H&S
- Perform tasks in accordance with the scope defined in the regulation on H&S services.
- Support and mentor other members of the H&S team in fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
Our Requirements
Since we are a production, manufacturing company our strong requirement is Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in an HSE role within this area. Moreover:
- Higher education in Occupational Health & Safety or postgraduate studies in the field (in accordance with legal requirements).
- Additional certifications or training in HSE or related fields will be an advantage.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing HSE procedures, conducting risk assessments, and cooperating with regulatory authorities.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HSE, and fire safety regulations.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written) — minimum B2 level.
- Proven ability to prepare professional HSE documentation, risk assessments, and reports.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HSE management systems.
- High level of involvement, diligence, and precision in daily work.
