Keepit is looking for a Lead Generation Manager to support our sales teams across the globe.
We’re experiencing rapid growth and are determined to use our momentum to bring our market leading SaaS cloud-based backup Services for Office 365, Azure AD, Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google to a global audience. To do that successfully we need to ensure that our sales teams have updated and enriched information on potential customers. Therefore, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Lead Generation team as part of our Revenue Operations team.
In this role you will be supporting our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and providing them with leads and information on targeted accounts, thus participating as part of our global Revenue Operations team. This includes conducting comprehensive research to gather information and insights and assisting in planning marketing campaigns.
Central tasks for this position will be:

1. Research and Data Management tools: A critical part of this role is conducting comprehensive research. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism to gather relevant company information, industry insights, and data crucial for creating and refining targeted account lists. Additionally, a strong understanding of buyer intent software, including G2, TrustRadius, and Dealfront/Leadfeeder, is essential to support effective account identification.
2. Account-based Marketing: The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the marketing field to address potential challenges effectively. Proven experience in account-based marketing and market research is preferred. The candidate should also have experience handling data issues, such as missing or incorrect data in Excel, and be able to think creatively to solve problems within the marketing domain. Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is also required for managing and tracking leads and campaigns effectively.
3. Analytical Skills: The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making. Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
4. Project Management and Coordination: The ideal candidate will take ownership of all account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, acting as the key coordinator to ensure smooth execution across various regions. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of outbound marketing campaigns. Leveraging research findings to craft compelling messaging and develop tailored outreach strategies that resonate with target audiences will be key to driving engagement and conversion.
