Lead Generation and Sales Specialist – IT Services & Nearshore Staffing

Our clients operate in industries like Telecom, Finance, Insurance, Pharma, Energy, and e‑Commerce, and our projects range from cutting‑edge apps to enterprise system modernizations. We’re now looking for a motivated Lead Generation and Sales Specialist to help us grow our client base and connect with companies that need trusted IT delivery partners.
Job Description
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients for nearshore and IT staffing services
- Drive outbound sales through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach (manual + tools), and email campaigns
- Build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers (CTOs, CIOs, Procurement, Heads of Engineering)
- Collaborate with our delivery and recruitment teams to shape strong proposals and offers
- Present Algoteque’s services clearly and convincingly to prospects (remote or onsite)
- Track market trends, monitor competitors, and support strategic planning
- Report on pipeline progress and contribute to reaching company sales goals
Profile / Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales (ideally in IT services, staffing, or software development)
- Confidence with cold calling and direct prospecting
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach (manual + automation tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (spoken & written)
- Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working towards KPIs and measurable results
- Nice to have: fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish
