Lead Generation and Sales Specialist – IT Services & Nearshore Staffing

Algoteque is a fast‑growing IT consultancy supporting startups and established companies across Europe. We help our clients build and scale software development teams through nearshore delivery, IT staffing, AI, automation, and full‑cycle software solutions. Our clients operate in industries like Telecom, Finance, Insurance, Pharma, Energy, and e‑Commerce, and our projects range from cutting‑edge apps to enterprise system modernizations. We’re now looking for a motivated Lead Generation and Sales Specialist to help us grow our client base and connect with companies that need trusted IT delivery partners.

Job Description

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients for nearshore and IT staffing services
  • Drive outbound sales through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach (manual + tools), and email campaigns
  • Build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers (CTOs, CIOs, Procurement, Heads of Engineering)
  • Collaborate with our delivery and recruitment teams to shape strong proposals and offers
  • Present Algoteque’s services clearly and convincingly to prospects (remote or onsite)
  • Track market trends, monitor competitors, and support strategic planning
  • Report on pipeline progress and contribute to reaching company sales goals

Profile / Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales (ideally in IT services, staffing, or software development)
  • Confidence with cold calling and direct prospecting
  • Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach (manual + automation tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (spoken & written)
  • Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working towards KPIs and measurable results
  • Nice to have: fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish
