Algoteque is a fast‑growing IT consultancy working with startups and established companies across Europe. We help our clients build and scale software development teams through nearshore delivery, IT staffing, AI, automation and full‑cycle software projects.
We work with companies in Telecom, Finance, Insurance, Pharma, Energy, e‑Commerce and more — from modern apps to large enterprise transformations.
We are now looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Specialist with some experience in sales or IT services, who can help us identify new clients and open the first conversations.
What you will do
- Identify potential clients across Europe who need nearshore teams or tech consulting
- Research target companies and find the right decision‑makers
- Reach out to CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering via LinkedIn, email and phone
- Build early‑stage relationships and understand their needs
- Work closely with our sales, delivery and recruitment teams on proposals
- Present Algoteque’s value in a simple, clear way
- Track your outreach and help us grow our qualified pipeline
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in lead generation, B2B sales, IT services, staffing or recruitment
- Very good English (spoken and written) — German, French, Dutch or Spanish are a plus
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Motivated, organized, proactive and goal‑driven
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM or sales tools is welcome
- Understanding of IT, software development or nearshore models is helpful
