Your new role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Lead Full Stack Engineer), you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining a robust web platform from the ground up. You will:
Architect scalable frontend and backend systems.
Lead development of user‑facing features using modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
Build and maintain backend services with Node.js, Java, or Python.
Design resilient APIs, microservices, and data architectures.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders in an agile SCRUM environment.
Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
Design and deploy cloud‑based infrastructure (preferably GCP) using Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
Mentor engineers, instill architectural standards, and guide technical excellence.
Work with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
What you'll need to succeed
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in full stack roles.
Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Solid backend development skills: RESTful APIs, microservices, domain‑driven design.
Proven track record of building platforms from scratch and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
Ability to work independently, own technical decisions, and deliver results under tight timelines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Experience with Git and version control.
Deep knowledge of architectural best practices and a pragmatic, results‑oriented mindset.
What you'll get in return
