Main responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Set and monitor team performance.
Technical Skills:
Back-end Development:- Expertise in Java.
- Experience building backend services with Spring framework.
- Professional background in Hibernate.
Front-end Development:- Advancement with Angular/React/Vue.
Database:- SQL/NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, Mysql, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch).
Agile Methodologies:- Working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
