Technical Leadership: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React (web) and React Native (mobile).

requirements-expected :
5+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on React and React Native.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams (startup/scale-up environment preferred).
Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, etc.), hooks, and modern React patterns.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and responsive design.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes.
