We’re looking for a Lead Front Office Specialist ( Calypso ) to join our team, reporting to the Director - Technical Analysis . In this role, you’ll help shape how we build products that move markets, create tools that simplify finance, and deliver great client experiences. Please note: This is not a managerial position. What You’ll Do • Work with customers to gather and document capital markets requirements, map them to CSRM (Calypso Standard Reference Model), and guide clients toward best-practice solutions. • Design, configure, and test the system - using standard CSRM or custom setups - to meet business needs and streamline delivery. • Support end users throughout validation, sign-off, and all project phases, including Blueprint, Foundation, Execution, SIT, UAT, Migration, and Go-Live. • Identify product gaps, coordinate their resolution, test improvements, and assist with deployment and client validation. • Train users on system functionality, configurations, use cases, and new features. What You’ll Bring • 7 years of experience as a Solution Designer specializing in Front Office and Risk consulting within the capital markets sector. • Strong expertise across multiple asset classes, including FX, FI/MM, IRD, FXD, CRD, EQD, and CMD . • Solid knowledge of product valuation and risk methodologies , including Market, Counterparty Credit, and Liquidity risk. • Willingness to travel up to 25% for onsite client engagements. • Fluency in English. Nice to Have • Understanding of Front-to-Back Business Units. • Additional language skills. Location & Work Model This position is based in Wroclaw, Poland , with a hybrid work environment requiring at least 3 days per week in the office (subject to change). The annual gross base pay for this role is zł183,000 - zł357,000 .
