Lead ERP Consultant (Microsoft Business Central)

Position Objective

Ensure global consistency and development of the ERP Global Template in Microsoft Business Central, act as the Global Template Owner, and provide technical and advisory support in system architecture and configuration.

Global Template Management

• Maintenance and enhancement of the Business Central Global Template.
• Oversight of system changes – each modification requires approval from the Global Template Owner.
• Coordination of rollouts in subsidiaries (e.g., USA, Canada, Europe) according to the project schedule.

Technical and Advisory Support

• Providing technical expertise in Microsoft Business Central (configuration, integrations, extensions).
• Collaboration with local teams and external partners to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Participation in development projects (new functionalities, integrations with external systems).

Documentation and Training

• Creating documentation for processes and system changes.

What do we require?

• University degree in technical, IT, or economic fields.
• Minimum 5 years in the ERP area, including Microsoft Business Central.
• Participation in international projects (rollouts, process harmonization).
• Knowledge of Business Central architecture, configuration, and integrations (API, extensions).
• Ability to analyze business processes and model them within an ERP system.
• Change management and cross‑department communication.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Advanced English.
• Openess for a hybrid mode of work.
