responsibilities :
Establishing an engineering excellence program across Cyber teams
Embedding efficiency, process improvements, and engineering best practices
Partnering with engineering leads and capability owners to achieve desired outcomes
Defining requirements for services and capabilities that meet controls and customer needs
Driving cross-functional reuse to accelerate product introduction and time to market
Coaching Agile teams to adopt standard patterns and approaches
Identifying, producing, and implementing standards and patterns for consistency
Partnering with product management teams for improved business case outcomes
Ensuring inclusion of non-functional engineering requirements in product selection
Driving a culture of inner sourcing, reuse, and customer-centric design
requirements-expected :
Holding a degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related scientific field
Bringing 5+ years of experience as a senior engineer or technical architect
Leading new product development in high-tech or high-change environments
Demonstrating success in engineering improvement initiatives within large organizations
Showing resilience, solution focus, and strong analytical capabilities
Providing strategic leadership and people management across global teams
Influencing and building relationships to deliver actionable strategic plans
Delivering consistently in complex, matrixed environments
Applying systems engineering and requirements management expertise
Communicating fluently in English with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
