Job Description

The position involves technical coordination and interdisciplinary management of procurement and engineering processes related to rotating equipment — primarily pumps, compressors, and auxiliary systems — in accordance with international standards (API, ISO, ASME). The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, project teams, and quality departments to ensure technical compliance, efficiency, and timely delivery of equipment and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and maintenance of Technical Requirement Specifications (TRS) or Technical Procurement Specifications (TPS) and Requisition Sheets for inquiries.
• Conducting Technical Bid Analysis, comparison, and clarification with vendors.
• Preparing Purchase Order Specifications (TRS/TPS) and requisition sheets for purchase orders.
• Reviewing, completing, and approving vendor documentation.
• Supporting the expediting process for equipment, materials, and documentation.
• Providing technical support to the Quality Department (PIM – Product Inspection Management).
• Continuous coordination and communication with vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of pumps and compressors according to API and ISO standards (e.g., API 610 pumps, API 618 reciprocating compressors, API 619 screw compressors, API 560 blowers).
• Strong understanding of international machinery and equipment standards (API, ISO, ASME).
• Basic knowledge of Machinery Directive and PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) regulations.
• Proven experience in technical specification preparation, vendor coordination, and documentation review.
• Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills in engineering or procurement projects.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent technical English communication skills (written and spoken).
