Lead Engineer - Process

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Lead Process Engineer for our team in Łódź. You will be part of engineering team that cooperates with customers in pulp and paper or energy sector industries.

Our requirements

• master's or doctoral degree in process engineering: pulp and paper, energy, chemical engineering or similar,
• work experience in similar positions minimum 8 years,
• practical experience in industry sector: experience in pulp and paper process, power engineering process or chemical process,
• knowledge of industry-related process technologies and production processes as well as industrial unit operations and thermodynamics,
• ability to create project technical descriptions and process functional descriptions,
• experience that will enable you to propose and agree the best process solutions that will benefit the client – this is crucial for this job,
• flexibility and positive attitude,
• problem-solving skills & outcome-orientation,
• willingness and ability to work in the customer interface as well as good communication,
• wide knowledge of multiple disciplines existing in the project and ability to create discipline guidelines,
• fluency in written and spoken English,
• willingness to travel.
