Design, build, and operate high-availability platform services that support integrations and product teams across Pandora.
Champion a product mindset—ensuring platform services are reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for DevOps, influencing architecture, tooling, and best practices.

requirements-expected :

5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
Proven track record in building and operating scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, especially within the Azure ecosystem (security, identity, networking, cost optimization).
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD pipeline design (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, or similar).
Solid experience with Kubernetes (preferably AKS), including cluster provisioning, orchestration, and observability.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures, microservices, and API management (e.g., Kong, Azure API Management).
Strong background in monitoring and observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
Demonstrated ability to optimize cloud spend, improve deployment speed, and enhance system reliability through automation.
A security-first mindset with practical experience implementing DevSecOps and security-by-design principles.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-team technical initiatives—driving DevOps strategy without direct people management responsibilities.
