The role of Lead Electronics Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Cracow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Preparing technical specifications and documentation, supporting continuous process improvement
• Lead and coordinate the electronics development team from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to SOP (Start of Production)
• Manage the design of electronic modules such as control units, power supplies, and LED drivers
• Plan and monitor projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Ensure development complies with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434)
• Serve as the main technical contact for customers and suppliers
• Coordinate collaboration between mechanical, optical, and electronics teams
• Participate in testing electronic components (EMC, thermal, lifetime, functional tests)

Requirements

• University degree in electronics or mechanical engineering
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position within an international team
• At least 1 year of experience with planning and managing projects
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Knowledge of electronics technologies
• English at intermediate level (B2) – ability to communicate with customers and in an international team
• Knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Project)
• Presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, ability to set priorities, and manage stress
• Proactive, results‑oriented approach, ability to lead and motivate a team
