As a DevOps Lead Engineer, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes in Azure. You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership skills — mentoring the DevOps team, setting technical direction, and ensuring smooth collaboration across development and delivery teams.
Your role will focus on automation, scalability, and reliability, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and DevOps excellence.
responsibilities :
Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure consistent, reliable delivery.
Mentor and guide a team of DevOps Engineers — fostering technical growth and best practices in automation and cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define standards for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning on Azure.
Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (and optionally Bicep or ARM).
Troubleshoot and oversee resolution of complex issues related to CI/CD, infrastructure, and system integration.
Shape the DevOps roadmap, recommending improvements for system reliability, security, and performance.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously improving processes and introducing new tools where they bring value.
requirements-expected :
Strong expertise in Terraform and Azure services.
Proven experience designing and managing Azure DevOps pipelines.
Solid scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python.
Experience with IaC tools such as Bicep or ARM (nice to have).
Strong communication and leadership skills – ability to coordinate, mentor, and influence teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex cloud environments.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project contexts.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Proven background in a DevOps role, ideally with leadership or technical ownership responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud environments.
